RE-GROUT: In the tub/shower (vanity/floors) area; grout joints will typically begin to deteriorate and discolor over a period of time while your tiles themselves never lose their original beauty and shine. Our process of grout removal and replacement will give you that "new" look at a fraction of the replacement cost. LEAKY SHOWER REPAIR: If your shower leaks we can help. There's one way to fix a leaky shower and that is re-grout the entire shower and re-seal with a 511 impregnator or epoxy sealer it depends on if it is sanded or non-sanded grout. Once it is sealed then it would be caulked with 100% silicone this should fix the problem.

NEW INSTALLATION: Seattle Grout has over 10 years of experience in new tile installation. We install 12x12 granite, travertine, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, all natural stones and man made tile. There is no job to big or to small for Seattle Grout & Tile.

EPOXY GROUT: Seattle Grout specializes in epoxy grouting. Epoxy grout does not need to be sealed and does not stain.

CRACKED TILE REPAIR:
Cracked, broken, or chipped tile is removed and replaced with a two hour drying time. Floors will look new again.

NON-SLIP TILE TREATMENT
Not a Coating-creates an INVISIBLE grip in tile surface. Does not change appearance of tile and is easy to maintain with no extra cleaning services needed. Best installed in shower stalls, front entry areas, kitchens, porcelain bathtubs and pool decks.
